? MK215D為二軸不帶全封閉罩殼數(shù)控內(nèi)圓磨床。

?本機(jī)型為獨(dú)立式電器箱布局。

?機(jī)床導(dǎo)軌采用雙V型預(yù)加負(fù)荷，高精度十字交叉滾柱導(dǎo)軌，精度高，剛性好。

?High speed & high power electric grinding wheel spindle is driven by the static freq. Inverter with the features oflower consumption & noise.

?The feed mechanism is driven by the servo motor through ball screw to perform feed dressing compensation. The Mitsubishi electric contril system is used.

?The touch screen can be used for conveient operation.

?The servo system can be sued to control the feeding amout, featuring high precision, and small error and fast speed.

主要結(jié)構(gòu)：

★本機(jī)床為二軸(X軸，Z軸)數(shù)控內(nèi)圓磨床，主要用干磨削工件的內(nèi)圓孔，臺(tái)階孔，內(nèi)端面，外端面，磨削循環(huán)均自動(dòng)完成(具有自動(dòng)進(jìn)刀、退刀、粗磨、精磨;自動(dòng)修正砂輪、自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償?shù)裙δ?。

★機(jī)床采用工件箱前后進(jìn)給，工作臺(tái)(砂輪架)左右運(yùn)動(dòng)的結(jié)構(gòu)方式，工件箱進(jìn)給及砂輪架運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌均為直線滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌，移動(dòng)均由伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)滾珠絲杠運(yùn)動(dòng)。

★工件主軸及砂輪電主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)速度均由變頻器控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速。

★工件夾具為液壓動(dòng)力卡盤(pán)，同時(shí)可以根據(jù)用戶工件的特殊性配置其它相匹配的夾具。

★機(jī)床為全封閉置殼，前置回轉(zhuǎn)式操作箱、后置背包式電器柜。

★ This machine tool is a two-axis (X-axis, Z-axis) CNC internal grinding machine, which is mainly used to dry grind the internal round hole, step hole, internal end face, external end face of the workpiece, and the grinding cycle is automatically completed (with the functions of automatic feed, withdrawal, rough grinding, fine grinding, automatic correction of grinding wheel, automatic compensation, etc.).

★ The machine tool adopts the structure of work-piece box feeding forward and backward, and worktable (grinding wheel rack) moving left and right. The work-piece box feeding and grinding wheel rack moving guide are linear rolling guide rails, and the movement is driven by the servo motor to move the ball screw.

★ The rotation speed of workpiece spindle and grinding wheel electric spindle is controlled by frequency converter to realize stepless speed regulation.

★ The workpiece fixture is a hydraulic power chuck, and other matching fixtures can be configured according to the particularity of the user's workpiece.

★ The machine tool is totally enclosed, with front rotary operation box and rear knapsack electrical cabinet.
