MK1320A*500 數(shù)控外圓磨床是帶全封閉罩的兩軸數(shù)控外圓磨床

?MK1320A 外圓磨床機(jī)床采用廣數(shù)928-GEa或西門子808D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)二軸聯(lián)動。機(jī)床根據(jù)用戶需求，可選配在線檢測量儀，實(shí)現(xiàn)封閉式磨削工作循環(huán)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)很高的尺寸精度。

?機(jī)床進(jìn)給導(dǎo)軌采用十字交叉滾柱鋼導(dǎo)軌，剛性強(qiáng)，滑動性好。機(jī)床工作臺導(dǎo)軌采用平-V型貼塑導(dǎo)軌。

?機(jī)床電箱為背包式電箱，其操縱箱置罩殼正面,并能作一定角度旋轉(zhuǎn)。

?進(jìn)給及工作臺絲桿潤滑采用自動定量集中潤滑泵供給。床身及工作臺導(dǎo)軌采用液壓系統(tǒng)供給潤滑。

?機(jī)床可根據(jù)用戶零件要求,設(shè)計(jì)為自動上下料及生產(chǎn)連線。
