機(jī)床的主要特點(diǎn)Main Characteristics

?機(jī)床采用廣數(shù)928-GEa或西門子808D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)二軸聯(lián)動(dòng)。機(jī)床根據(jù)用戶需求，可選配在線檢測(cè)量?jī)x，實(shí)現(xiàn)封閉式磨削工作循環(huán)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)很高的尺寸精度。

?機(jī)床進(jìn)給導(dǎo)軌采用十字交叉滾柱鋼導(dǎo)軌，剛性強(qiáng)，滑動(dòng)性好。機(jī)床工作臺(tái)導(dǎo)軌采用平-V型貼塑導(dǎo)軌。

?機(jī)床電箱有掛壁式和獨(dú)立式兩種。掛壁式電箱，其操縱箱置電箱上。獨(dú)立式電箱，其操縱箱固定在床身上，并能作一定角度旋轉(zhuǎn)。

?進(jìn)給及工作臺(tái)絲桿潤(rùn)滑采用自動(dòng)定量集中潤(rùn)滑泵供給。

?床身及工作臺(tái)導(dǎo)軌采用液壓系統(tǒng)供給潤(rùn)滑。

?機(jī)床可根據(jù)用戶零件要求,設(shè)計(jì)為自動(dòng)上下料及生產(chǎn)連線。

?928-GEa CNC system supplied by the Guangzhou company & Siemens808D CNC system can be used to perform the linkage of two axes.In-process gauging system is also used to perfo rm totally closedgrinding cycle, thus ensuring high size accuracy.

?The feed guideway adopts crossed roller type,thus featuring highrigidity and good sliding performance.

?Flat-V plastie worktable guideway is used.

?The control cabinet fixed on the electrical cabinet can be swiveled overan angle.

?Automatic centralized lubricating system is used for lubricating feed &table leadscrew.

?Hyd. System is used for lubricating bed & table guidway.
