機(jī)床的主要特點(diǎn) Main Characteristics

?機(jī)床床身采用鑄件澆鑄，剛性好，結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)，變形小;

?機(jī)床采用床頭箱固定在進(jìn)給滑板上工件進(jìn)給，砂輪作往復(fù)結(jié)構(gòu)布局;

?工件進(jìn)給滑板及砂輪工作臺(tái)滑板采用高剛度十字交叉滾珠導(dǎo)軌;工件進(jìn)給由伺服電機(jī)經(jīng)聯(lián)軸器帶動(dòng)高精度滾珠絲桿副來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)，進(jìn)給和補(bǔ)償為同一傳動(dòng)鏈，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，精度高;

?工件主軸采用整體套筒式主軸，剛性好，主軸軸承采用高精度成對(duì)軸承，回轉(zhuǎn)精度高，穩(wěn)定性好，主軸回轉(zhuǎn)變采用頻無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速;采用超寬的工作臺(tái)和進(jìn)給滑板結(jié)構(gòu)，提高機(jī)床的整體剛性;機(jī)床配有防水全封閉罩殼，觀察窗保證長(zhǎng)期觀察清晰，耐油污并保證砂輪破碎后不飛濺傷人;

?機(jī)床采用后置電器箱和前置回轉(zhuǎn)式操作臺(tái)以及獨(dú)立的循環(huán)啟動(dòng)按鈕。電箱帶熱交換器，以及確保在高溫期間正常運(yùn)行;

?機(jī)床可據(jù)加工零件設(shè)計(jì)制作專(zhuān)用夾具;

?機(jī)床采用日本三菱PLC控制系統(tǒng)、伺服單元及主要電器控制元件，用戶(hù)如有特殊要求可選用其他控制系統(tǒng);

?The machine bed adopts the casting piece with the features of good rigidityand small deformation.

?The headstock is fixed on the feed slide for achieving work feed. The gri.wheel reciprocation is also used.

?Work feed guideway and gri. wheel worktable guidaway adopt the crossedroller type.

?Work feed can be performed by the servo motor through the coupling viahigh-precision ball leadscrew pair.

?Table reciprocation movement can be achieved by mechanical oscillationwhich its reci. speed is adjusted by the freq.-conversion speed regulator.Cartridge-type work spindle is used. The high-precision matched spindlebearing is adopted with the features of high rotating accuracy and goodreliability.

?Super-wide worktable and feed slide are used , thus improving good rigidity.lt's totally enclosed with guards to prevent swarfs from splashing.

?The rear-mounted electrical cabinet and front-mounted control cabinet arealso used.The heat-exchanger in the electrical cabinet is also provided.

?The special fixture can also be designed ncoording to the machined workparts.

?Mitsubishi PLC control system a& servo unit is adopted. Other controlsystem can also be selected for special order.
