?機(jī)床為不帶全封閉罩的二軸數(shù)控內(nèi)圓磨床。

?機(jī)床（床身及工作臺(tái)）導(dǎo)軌采用平-V型導(dǎo)軌，剛性強(qiáng)，滑動(dòng)性能好。

?機(jī)床進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)導(dǎo)軌采用十字交叉滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌，具有剛性強(qiáng)，滑動(dòng)阻力小等特點(diǎn)。

?機(jī)床進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)傳動(dòng)采用伺服電機(jī)控制滾珠絲桿進(jìn)行進(jìn)給及自動(dòng)修整補(bǔ)償。

?電氣控制系統(tǒng)采用進(jìn)口原器件。機(jī)床磨削參數(shù)可通過觸摸屏輸入輸出，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便。電氣箱置床身上。

?機(jī)床伺服系統(tǒng)控制的進(jìn)給具有精度高、誤差小、速度快的特點(diǎn)。 

?機(jī)床夾具可有用戶作多種選擇。由三爪卡盤、液壓動(dòng)力卡盤及液 壓薄膜模式夾緊夾具。

?機(jī)床砂輪主軸也有兩種形式可選擇：一種是機(jī)械式砂輪軸，另一種是電動(dòng)砂輪軸。電動(dòng)砂輪軸由靜止式變頻器作無級(jí)調(diào)速。

?The serro system can be used to control the feeding amount, thus featuring high accuracy, small error and fast speed.

?Machine feed with high accuracy, small error & fast speed. Three-pawl chuck and hydraulic power chuck as well as hydraulic disphragm fixture are used. 

?There are two kings of wheel spindle,one is mechanical wheel spindle and the other is electric speed-regulation for electric spindle can be carried out by freq inverter.
